What is the Electoral Organizing Committee’s intention? Is it for HKP to succeed or to fail? That is the question.
It is failing. We can all see it.
The committee must welcome more involvement from the public if it wants success. Getting the basics done does not mean success.
Viewing all constructive criticisms as attacks is what the CCP does.
