So far, I saw only the following concrete things done on paper regarding the HKP’s set-up:

1. One draft of the election regulations announced on August 1;

2. 3 or 4 illustrations of the online voting process which was not finalized;

3. One summary of questions asked and answered.

When could we see anything else on paper? For example, the second draft of the election regulations?

Will we expect to see something on paper this month?
