Please note that my suggestions and advice began on page 9 and continued for several pages.
I am familiar with the form and content of legislations. As such, I am surprised and concerned about the draft.
As I said, most individual sentences of the draft are well-written, but read as a whole, it simply does not comply with the standards of other common law jurisdictions.
