I also agree with NB on the issue of the maximum number of elected MPs.

NB’s draft is vastly superior to the suggested version. It plugs up the obvious loophole. What if there are 35 candidates? Do they all get elected? It makes no sense. How could the HKPEOC let this obvious mistake go?

If adopted, this would really open up the chance of CCP’s infiltration.
