Maybe I failed to make myself be understood.  But thinking that I asked the HKPEOC to DICTATE …… is a huge error.  In fact what you said denies drafting a constitution as the first parliament’s duty and acknowledges that this is optional!

若籌委會內無人明白我亦無話可說，只想直言令人憂慮的觀察，制憲根本不在大部份選民心中，我敢說亦極可能不在有意參選的人心中，沒寫下來就好極了，勝選的人說「選舉法裏有講明要制憲嗎？我認為別的職責更需要我去做，我很認同第6.9段中的職責啊，額外的，你們自便吧。」
