Suggestion to addition after 6.9: allow oversea candidates who are also currently serving in official capacity of their current country of citizenship (say MP in Canada) to avoid dual allegiance problem by saying that: in the case if certain activities or decision making process of HK Parliament are in direct conflict with their other official duties, they should recuse themselves from the said HK Parlaiment activity to avoid conflict of interests.
This way we can encourage more people to run without the concern that their constituents could question their allegiance. This rule can be renegotiated or changed later when they establish the constitution.
