My suggestions for clause 6.9:
Instead of taking an oath, I suggest signing a pledge to uphold the values of the HKP, while leaving the oath to be created when a Parliament is formed under a future constitution.
Replace the words “Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government” with the words “authorities currently administering Hong Kong” (as an equivalent to Chinese “港共政權”)
