There are only two possibilities by that time.
ONE. No concrete developments. We could be sure that the Electoral Committee is at best incompetent or at worst a scam.
TWO. Everything materializes as Elmer promised. The election rules final draft is done. The election software is completed. The Electoral Commission members are found. We could be sure that this whole movement is serious.
