I agree. I took your position in my earlier response to NB. I still take your position.

Drafting of the constitution could ONLY be made by elected members of parliament. That is fundamental. And I have made my position clear.

We are not asking the HKPEOC to draft the constitution.

We are simply asking: Why is this most important task not included in the DRAFT WHEN THE OTHER TASKS ARE LISTED?

HKPEOC MUST ANSWER THIS QUESTION TO OUR SATISFACTION.
