Ms. Luk, all voters are equal in this election. Your perceived inequality is entirely the CCP’S fault.
Some are fearful in HK and they won’t vote. Some are fearful overseas and they won’t vote. The converse is also true. The brave will vote regardless.
The fear is of their own making. No one is robbing them of their voting rights except the CCP and themselves.
You are being unfair when you infer that the origin of this fear, which is a matter of personal perception, is caused by the calling of this election. You know full well that the origin stems from the CCP and nothing anyone else does will change that.
