Although some people judge by your words, most judge by what you do and the results you achieve.

Likewise, HKPEOC will be judged by the result it achieves. So far, there are no substantive results for it to be judged. But between now and the end of July, following Victor Ho’s earlier announcement, it will be scrutinized. How competently and systematically are the policies introduced and implemented will be the basis for it to be judged.

I will still give it the benefit of doubt and wait and see, until July 31, 2023.

Please do not disappoint.
