At this point, I have to agree with NB on the issue of the Hong Kong Constitution.
Elmer was very clear in his VOA and NTD interviews. The most important task for the new MPs is to draft the Constitution because everything comes from it.
Although I still believe that it is beyond a doubt that this task will be honoured, it is unreasonable for it not to be included when other tasks are listed. I agree that leaving out such a basic and important task makes no sense.
