I see that my suggestions regarding form and content are not included. Hopefully, I would see the improvements in the second draft.
As the first piece of legislation, it is vitally important that it attains the same standards as other democratic jurisdictions.
Please let the Committee know that it should give my suggestions more thought. I was trained in providing them.
